HONEYCOMB SHOWROOM hosted the first career spanning show of a young but prolific DIEGO ROA. The Argentine designer and artist typically known for his Murals and drawings depicting blue faces of children created an exhibition that brought together his signature work but also pushed it into other areas. A site specific mural looked over a collection of large format drawings, light boxes, wooden assemblages, and drawings that gave visitors a more complete view into the mind of the artist and the world of his characters. ROA accompanied this show with music performances with local DJ CHOI, and live drawing sessions where he would embellish the clothing and bodies of interested onlookers.
